PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All items include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.
Shipping costs may vary per product, depending on size and weight. Shipping costs are inclusive packaging and handling costs. Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart during the order.
DELIVERY TIME
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible within 4 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship 3 times a week. This does not apply to handmade items, these have a delivery time that is stated with the item in question.
DISPATCH
Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transport. If the product is damaged, you can of course return it free of charge. When the damaged product is received, a new product will be sent as soon as possible if in stock. The return costs are of course at our expense.
TO RETRIEVE
On request you can pick up an order at our store at Nijverdalsestraat 32 in Wierden. You can choose the pick up option during checkout.
NOT AVAILABLE
If an item is unexpectedly not available, we will inform you within 5 working days. We will refund the paid amount as soon as possible to the account with which payment was made, or you can choose another item.
We continuously monitor our online assortment with the utmost care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can happen that during the processing of the order it appears that an article is no longer in stock. In this case, the purchase price of the article will be refunded within 14 days.
INCORRECT DELIVERY
If your delivered order does not match the placed order, you can contact customer service. We can be reached via order@ditislot.nl.
