WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

We use the following shipping costs per country. In addition, we offer free shipping for orders above the specified minimum order value. The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, within 4 to 5 working days.
Excluding weekends and/or holidays. Pre-order items have a longer delivery time.

    HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND CAN I TRACK IT?

    Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transport. Once your order has been transferred to PostNL, you will receive an email with a track & trace code with which you can track your order.

    CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

    On request you can pick up your order at the Nijverdalsestraat 32 in Wierden. During checkout in the webshop you can choose the delivery method 'Pick up in store'.

    WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE?

    If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you within 5 working days. The purchase price of that item will be refunded within 14 working days.
