Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on your location and the weight of the order. For standard delivery within the Netherlands, we usually apply a fixed rate.

Do you offer free shipping?

For orders above a certain amount, we offer free standard shipping within the Netherlands. This threshold amount is clearly stated during checkout or during ongoing promotions.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Orders within the Netherlands are usually shipped within 1–4 working days. Different delivery times apply for international shipments, depending on the destination country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. The shipping costs and delivery times vary per country and are shown at checkout.

Do you also ship to my region?

Probably yes. During checkout, you can enter your address and it will automatically indicate whether delivery to your region is possible.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

How do I request a return or refund?

Contact us within 14 days of receipt via email or the return form. After confirmation, you can return the items. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount to your account as soon as possible.

How much is refunded for a return?

You will receive the full purchase amount excluding any shipping costs, unless the return concerns an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged product).

Who pays the shipping costs for a return?

If your return is not due to a fault of LOT., the return costs are at your own expense — even if your original order was shipped for free.

Can I also exchange instead of returning?

Currently, we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you want to receive a different item, you can return the original product and place a new order.
